| Norma Ponce de Leon paints in oils and pastels.
She does commissions of people (mostly children), animals, and places. Art education at the University of Texas at El Paso and interior design at Scottsdale Community College, special workshops, and classes in northern California are her background in art. Real estate has been her business career for 25 years. Norma has made art videos for Cable TV. Her paintings have graced the cover of "Arizona Light" magazine and her historical painting of "Valiant Arizona Women" is currently displayed at the Arizona Historical Society and is to travel to the state capitol for presentation there. Her work is represented in corporations, may small businesses, and private collections throughout the country. Original artwork ranges from $900 to $3500. Prints range from $75 to $175. |
